Andrew Newell Takes Over As General Manager At Bii.aero

Bii.aero, an expanding provider of aircraft parts and services for the aviation sector said it has appointed Andrew Newell as its new General Manager after two years as Bii’s Sales Director.

According to Bii.aero, Newell is bringing his highly specialized expertise in consignment stock management and the commercial aircraft interiors sector to the role.

Bii.aero said Newell is planning to build up the size and capabilities of the Company, firstly by reconfiguring all the warehouses. “We are investing significantly in our stock levels to accommodate the rising demand of Bii’s component support services. All the new inventory coming in will add a constant feed of activity into the business for the next few years, and spearhead Bii’s growth trajectory.

Bii.aero revealed that in order to improve efficiency, it is redesigning customer service processes to handle the increasing demand of parts enquiries more smoothly.

Francis Cradock, Bii.aero CEO said: “As Andrew takes on this challenging role at Bii, we welcome his depth of previous experience as Managing Director of Eagle Air Trading and Vice President of Leki Aviation UK for 26 years before that. His experience will greatly benefit Bii as we continue to add structure and streamline operations.”

“With growing sales from airlines in the Middle East and America, we’re looking to expand Bii’s focus into Asia, Africa and South America in the next few years. Andrew’s knowledge and experience of these global markets will support our growth initiatives and mentor our young and enthusiastic team, especially as we increase our capabilities and our resources to support the rising demand for our flexible component stock support options as well as our repair management programs,” Cradock added.
