NCAA Achieves 75.3% Score in Public Service Reforms Evaluation

The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has attained a notable 75.3% score in the just concluded Self-Assessment Tool (SAT) evaluation conducted by the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR).

The result of the assessment was officially presented by the Director-General, BPSR, Dr. Dasuki Arabi to the Director-General of NCAA, Captain Chris Najomo at the NCAA Headquarters in Abuja.

Capt. Chris Najomo applauded “the Bureau for the initiative, noting that the exercise reinforces the NCAA’s commitment to continuous improvement, effective governance, transparency, accountability, and institutional efficiency.”

Dr. Dasuki Arabi also “congratulated the Authority for its commendable performance, lauded the Authority’s strategic management processes, and pledged the Bureau’s continued collaboration to support further progress.”

In attendance at the event were NCAA Directors, General Managers, and representatives of the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR).
