Nigeria’s Aviation College (NCAT) Retains Its ICAO Platinum Status For Six Consecutive Years

The Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT), Zaria, has confirmed the “retention of ICAO Training Centre of Excellence (TCE) Platinum Status for the sixth consecutive years.”

According to NCAT, “this is the highest Achievement/Award level in the ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS Programme globally.”

NCAT noted: “It’s gratifying to note that ICAO reserves this highest award conferment only on globally adjudged training centres with outstanding adherence to ICAO standards.”

“By this, NCAT has now retained the TRAINING CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE: Platinum Status (TCE Platinum Status) for the 6th consecutive years (2021–2026).” NCAT added.

NCAT says it is proudly imprinted “among the very few TPP members that have for so long sat and retained its seat on this Platinum Status in 2026.”

NCAT said: “This, indeed, is a product of hard work, effective managerial leadership, and diligent adherence to highest standards in the delivery of all classroom and virtual trainings, as obtains in the college.”

Additionally, “it’s a great feat deserving of all commendations to the Rector/Chief Executive of NCAT, Dr. Danjuma A. Ismaila, and all the outstanding Instructors and Resource Managers in the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT), Zaria.”
