United Kingdom airline, Jet2 and travel brand Jet2holidays say they have “expanded their Winter 25/26 programme once again, by adding two brand-new routes to Morocco – Bournemouth to Agadir and Leeds Bradford to Marrakech.”
According to the airline, this latest expansion comes “on the back of continued demand for beach holidays and city breaks to Morocco and means the companies will operate to the North African country from eight UK bases in Winter 25/26.”
Jet2 says the introduction of this new route means it will “operate twice weekly services to Marrakech (Tuesdays and Fridays) from 3rd October 2025 through to 28th April 2026 from Leeds Bradford Airport.” It means that Yorkshire’s leading airline and tour operator will operate to 22 destinations in Winter 25/26, including two destinations in Morocco, and 58 destinations in total. It also means that that Jet2 will operate to “Marrakech from across six UK airports (Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle and London Stansted in addition to Leeds Bradford).”
Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays said: “We have experienced a phenomenal reaction since launching our Morocco programme, with customers and independent travel agents jumping at the chance to book our award-winning flights and holidays to both Agadir and Marrakech. We are very excited to be giving even more holidaymakers the chance to experience these incredible destinations, and we know these new routes from Bournemouth and Leeds Bradford will be extremely popular.”
