Nigerian carrier, Ibom Air has appointed Mr. Mfon Udomah as the Executive Director, Finance and Dr Eno Udoma-Eniang as the Executive Director, Legal and Corporate Affairs as part of its ongoing effort to reposition the Company for a new growth phase.
According to Ibom Air, “Mr Udomah, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, brings more than 3 decades of private- and public-sector experience to Ibom Air.”
“Dr Eno Udoma-Eniang, a legal practitioner, joins Ibom Air with over 30 years of corporate experience in telecommunications, FMCG, financial services and emerging technology sectors.” Ibom Air added.
Ibom Air noted that “while both Executive Directors will resume work immediately, the Board will ratify their appointments at the AGM in November 2026.”
Ibom Air stated that “the Board also announced the retirement of Akwa Ibom State’s Attorney General, Uko Udom, SAN, from the Board. Mr. Udom, a legal practitioner with over 40 years of experience in aviation law, retires after 5 years of service.”
Ibom Air added that “the Board appreciates Mr. Udom’s immense contributions as a Board member and wishes him well in his future endeavors.”
